The room
We publish who is in it, not how many.
Every event in this market leads with a delegate count. It is the least useful number available — it tells you nothing about whether the person beside you is worth two days of your attention. So here is the composition instead, and straight answers to what people actually ask.
01
Enterprise value leaders
Chief supply chain officers, COOs and CFOs from manufacturing, FMCG and automotive. The largest share of the room, deliberately.
02
Fulfilment and retail
Heads of supply chain and logistics from retail, e-commerce and quick commerce — the businesses whose delivery promise sets everyone else's baseline.
03
Policy architects
The people who design the network everyone else operates in. Invited as practitioners, never as sponsors.
04
Infrastructure and 3PL
Logistics park developers, cold chain, and the third and fourth-party operators who carry the freight.
05
Technology and automation
Kept deliberately small and capped. In the room as participants, on the record like everyone else.
06
Consulting and analysts
The smallest group in the room, and present to be argued with rather than to present.
Straight answers
01
How large is it?
We publish the composition of the room rather than its size, and we would rather give you the number on a call than put it on a page. A headcount has never told anyone whether a day was worth attending — who is in the seats does.
02
Why Nagpur, and not Mumbai or Delhi?
Because the decisions have moved inland. Mahindra is building its largest integrated plant in India here, with a supplier park an hour away, and the country's first commercially operational multimodal logistics park is at Sindi in Wardha. The supply chain being designed in this region right now is the largest new one in the country. Holding the conversation in Delhi would be holding it a long way from the work.
03
Can a partner get a position in the programme?
Yes, and we would rather say so plainly. Our premier partnership tiers include a panel seat, and one includes a fireside chat. What a partner cannot do is set the question — sessions are built from the agenda and the research behind it, and every one ends in open questions from the floor. If a session turns into a pitch, tell us and we will refund your pass.
04
Is there an exhibition?
There is an exhibition layer, and it is small on purpose. Three partner formats — a premium pavilion, a platform stand and a networking pod — sit on the same floor as the conversation rather than in a separate hall. The vendor share of the room is capped. You will not spend two days walking aisles, and nobody is trying to make you.
05
What do I actually take away?
Two working sessions produce something you built rather than something you were shown. Day one is a tariff and tax clinic — bring a product line and its bill of materials, because one real SKU gets run through three regimes in the room. Day two is a control-room scenario run live from a mock desk. Everything else is the argument, and the people you have it with.
06
I am a government official or from an association. What is the ask?
There is no ask. Officials and associations are invited as practitioners. You will never be sent a rate card, a tier or a sponsorship proposal by us.
07
What happens to my details?
They go to our team and our CRM so we can have a conversation with you about attending. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to partners. The consent line on the form is the lawful basis, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email from us.
One of the reasons this is in Nagpur
Mahindra is building its largest integrated automobile and tractor plant in India — in Nagpur — with a 150-acre supplier park in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. An industrial supply chain is being designed from zero, in this city, this year.
