Advantage Chain Summit India

The supply chain as a driver of enterprise value

Advantage Chain Summit India 2026

Two days · Nagpur · By invitation

For thirty years the supply chain was a cost to be cut. It is now the line your valuation turns on.

Two days for the people who own that line — chief supply chain officers, COOs and CFOs, with the policy architects who set the network they operate in. A working room, deliberately small, in the city where India's next large industrial supply chain is being designed from scratch.

The ledger

Six entries. Each one is a session.

On the left, what it costs you today. On the right, what the same thing is worth once you can measure it. The programme is built row by row from this page.

01

Cost

A landed-cost model that no longer holds

It was built for a tariff regime that has since moved twice. Nobody has rebuilt it because nobody is sure what to rebuild it against.

Value

A model that survives the next surprise

One real SKU, run through three regimes in the room, with a method you can apply to the rest of the book on Monday.

The session →

02

Cost

Infrastructure you are not routing through

The freight corridor is running and the country's first multimodal park is commercially live. Your lanes have not moved.

Value

A network designed for what exists now

What an operator can actually get — land, incentives, clearances — from the people who grant them, and how long each takes.

The session →

03

Cost

A delivery promise you already made

The window shrank, the network did not. Somebody in your business agreed to it and somebody else has to serve it.

Value

A cost per order you can actually defend

Where density justifies the micro-fulfilment node, where it never will, and what sharing capacity with a competitor really takes.

The session →

04

Cost

A reroute you still call temporary

It has been in place long enough to be your network design. It is still described in board papers as an exception.

Value

Resilience with a number attached

How much of it is worth funding, how you defend that figure, and what last year taught risk teams that theory did not.

The session →

05

Cost

An automation spend the board cannot see

The warehouse works better. The accounts do not obviously show it, and the next request is harder than the last.

Value

A line an analyst understands

What connects a systems upgrade to earnings, what institutional capital is actually underwriting, and the metric CFOs wish they were asked about.

The session →

06

Cost

Visibility that only tells you it went wrong

The dashboard is excellent. It is also a record of decisions somebody should have made six hours earlier.

Value

A system that acts inside the window

What autonomous decisioning survives contact with a fifteen-year-old ERP — and what happens to the planner supervising it.

Why this agenda, and not another one

Every session on this programme exists because of something that actually happened.

Here is the evidence, with the source and the date attached to each one. If a claim on this site has no source underneath it, it should not be on this site.

Mahindra is building its largest integrated automobile and tractor plant in India — in Nagpur — with a 150-acre supplier park in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. An industrial supply chain is being designed from zero, in this city, this year.

The EU's carbon border mechanism became financially operative on Indian steel and aluminium — a carbon cost applied at the border, which makes it a trade measure before it is an environmental one. Landed cost moved, mid-year.

India's steel and aluminium exports to the EU fell from $7.71bn to $5.82bn between FY24 and FY25. Iron and steel alone fell 35.1%.

One operator is reported to hold the large majority of India's formal lithium-ion recycling capacity, expanding hard against volumes that have not peaked yet. Reverse logistics for the battery wave is being built by very few hands.

The Nagpur multimodal logistics park at Sindi, Wardha is commercially operational — the first MMLP in India to get there. It is an hour from this room.

A supply chain cyberattack on Jaguar Land Rover halted production across the UK, Slovakia, India and Brazil, with losses estimated near $2.5bn and knock-on failures through the supplier base.

If you run the supply chain

Twelve sessions, each built on one question with something at stake in the answer. Two of them are working sessions: a tariff and tax clinic where one of your own SKUs is run through three regimes, and a control-room scenario run live from a mock desk. You also leave with the report set, the transcripts and a year of tnf-india.com.

If you own the number

Day one has a fireside on what warehouse automation really does to earnings — connecting a systems upgrade to EPS in terms a board accepts, and the metric CFOs wish analysts asked about instead of how many robots. The tariff clinic before it is the session your team should not be in without you.

If you set the policy

You are here as a practitioner. There is no tier, no rate and no sponsorship ask — not at any point, and not from anyone on our team. Two sessions put the roadmap directly to the operators living under it, and they will not be polite about the parts that are behind.

If you sell into this room

The floor is small on purpose — three formats measured in metres rather than halls, with the vendor share of the room capped — so the people you came for are actually reachable. Our premier tiers include a panel seat and a fireside chat, and we say so plainly rather than implying the stage cannot be bought.

If you want to be on stage

The twelve topics are set; the talking points under them are still being written. Bring the position your own industry has not agreed with yet and the session it belongs in — a speaker with a sharper question changes what that hour becomes.

This is a working agenda

The twelve session topics are set. What sits underneath them — the talking points, the questions each panel actually takes on — will keep moving between now and December, because a speaker brings a sharper angle, a delegate tells us the emphasis is wrong, or something changes in the market. The subjects will not move. The conversation inside them will.

If a talking point is missing, or you would put the question differently, tell us. That is not a courtesy — it is how the programme gets built.

One city, one week

Three summits, deliberately co-located

The running grids are aligned across all three rooms, so breaks and lunches happen at the same time and a delegate can cross between them without missing anything.

2 December

Clean Stack Forum: Transport & Logistics

Green and lean freight. Fleet owners, multimodal operators and the people running the state's ports, corridors and freight rail.

3 December

Data Stack Global India: Construction & Infrastructure

Data, risk and digital delivery in the built environment. Asset owners, EPC digital leads and the funds that hold the asset.

2–3 December

Advantage Chain Summit

This one. Across both days, running alongside the other two — the grids are aligned so a delegate can cross between rooms without missing anything.

The line is already on your balance sheet. Come and argue about what it is worth.
