Who we are
The Niche Foundry Asia Positive Media LLP ("TNF India") is the data fiduciary for Advantage Chain Summit India. Registered office and grievance address to be inserted by legal.

What we collect
The fields on the interest forms only: name, work email, organisation, role, mobile number, the persona you select, and — on the Speak form — the position you tell us you would argue. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it
To assess your fit for an invitation-led room, to call you about attending, speaking or partnering, and to tell you about the small number of TNF India events adjacent to your work.

Lawful basis
Your consent, given by the checkbox on the form, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. It is never pre-ticked. Withdrawing it is a reply to any email from us and takes effect without penalty.

Who else sees it
Our hosted database and our CRM, both acting as processors under contract. Named processors to be listed here by legal. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to summit partners or sponsors.

How long we keep it
For the event cycle you registered interest in and a defined retention period after it, then deletion or anonymisation. Retention period to be set by legal.

Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, and withdrawal of consent. Write to the address in the contact section and we will act within the statutory period.

Grievance officer
Name, designation and email to be inserted. Under the DPDP Act this must be a reachable person, not a generic inbox.

Changes to this notice
Material changes will be dated at the top of this page. The version in force at the time you submitted a form is the one that governs that submission.
