Twelve sessions, two of them with your sleeves rolled up
Ten sessions you sit in and argue with. Two you work in. Day one is a tariff and tax clinic — bring a product line and its bill of materials, because one real SKU gets run through three regimes live. Day two is a control-room scenario, run from a mock desk.
You leave with what you built
A landed-cost method you can apply to the rest of your book on Monday, and a worked view of what a control room actually does when something two hundred kilometres away goes wrong. Not a handout, and not a photograph of a slide.
