Draft structure — not approved copy
This is a layout and a section skeleton. Cancellation, refund and liability clauses must come from legal before publication.
01
What this site is
An information and interest-registration site for Advantage Chain Summit India, 2–3 December 2026, Nagpur. Registering interest is not a booking and does not create a right of admission.
02
Invitation and admission
Attendance is by invitation. We may decline or withdraw an invitation at our discretion, including where the room composition requires it. Passes are personal and not transferable without our written agreement.
03
Programme changes
Speakers, session order and timings are indicative and may change. This is a working agenda — the talking points under each session are still being written. The published subjects will not change materially without notice on this page.
04
The no-pitch rule
Partnership does not buy the question set. Premier tiers include a panel seat and a fireside chat, and that is published rather than implied. If a session becomes a vendor pitch, any delegate may tell us and we will refund that delegate's pass. Refund mechanics and window to be confirmed by legal and finance.
05
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation window, transfer rules and refund treatment to be inserted by legal. Nothing in this section is currently binding.
06
Recording and photography
Sessions may be recorded and the venue photographed for reporting. Working sessions are not recorded. Tell us on arrival if you do not wish to appear.
07
Conduct
One room, on the record, and an expectation of professional conduct. We may remove anyone whose behaviour makes the room worse for the people in it.
08
Intellectual property
Site content, the programme and event branding belong to TNF India or its licensors. Delegate materials produced in the working sessions are yours.
09
Liability
Standard limitation clause to be inserted by legal. Do not publish this page without it.
10
Governing law
The laws of India, with courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, subject to legal confirmation.
